No ‘Trip Charge’

Most facilities maintenance companies include a trip charge, plus an hourly rate minimum, just to show up.

We’ve calculated our travel time, materials, and labor into a comprehensive price list. We know the work, we know the parts, and we know the efficiency of our technicians, so there’s no need for you to pay an hourly rate or a trip charge.

Many times our clients have been challenged with justifying paying an $85 trip charge along with a minimum two-hour service call. Not with us! We have no trip charge. Our efficient team makes sure we schedule your service needs while keeping everyone’s bottom line in mind.
